Petal Healing Garden

The nearby Petal Healing Garden continues to grow more than fresh produce for the local community. In fact, it’s a good time to make plans to help support the garden’s efforts at the August 6th Farmer’s Market!

Upcoming Petal Farmer’s Market

Bring a donation to help keep their food pantries around town stocked. More specifically, they’ve requested peanut butter, jelly and oatmeal.

More about the garden

The nonprofit community garden is on a mission to empower everyone—no matter your age or skill-level—by teaching them all about food.

It starts with a seed and ends with learning how to prepare dishes with fresh ingredients, for instance.

Petal Healing Garden is all about showing participants how to garden. Plus, they will learn about nutrition and how to connect with local food banks as well as other resources.

Founded in November 2021, Petal Healing Garden strives to provide fresh produce to those in need throughout the surrounding area.

Petal Healing Garden is located at 224 Carterville Road in Petal, MS. The garden is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
